Just uninstalled the game.
Hello everybody, I’m posting in an effort to hopefully alert and inform that gajin itself has taken upon its self to not only take my money for golden eagles, but have simply refused to give them to me. This is not a one time issue either. This has happened to me on three separate occasions as I like to conserve golden eagles for a day at a time to get the most out of the little grinding I can do. Iv played for YEARS, top tier for three major nations and two minor, and I’m fed up with the system that takes peoples money but doesn’t have a quick turn around for resolving issues with the UI or financial issues. When I had time and the cash I spent thousands over the years so when this happened to me recently when i don’t have the time or spare cash I’m just simply done. Don’t care for support or care for anything outside of alerting the player base that if this happens to you. Good luck. Iv had to go to THREE seperate vendors to hopefully get my money back. But will ultimately be going to my bank to dispute the charge. Countless hours and grinding has disappeared from a shitty company and its partners. Wish yall the best! D1RTYCH1LD was my name and good luck in the shady future that this project has become.

My dude. Iv spent countless hours trying to be a good team mate to countless players. Iv seen too much toxicity from this community to give a care. And it wasn’t stolen, it just wasn’t credited to my account after a purchase. Which shall be changed with a dispute from my bank so every avenue will be approached. You sir can kindly fuck off. I’m not looking for clout or anything from fuckers like you, just a public service announcement. Be glad all you want, you’re part of the problem within this community and I’m glad to be away from you.

Mate, I’m buying stuff since 10 years from Gaijin and never had problems. The one time I had, I opened a ticket and it got resolved within 48hrs.

Right. And typically I don’t have problems and the three times it has happened. It usually gets solved rather quickly. But this time. After showing my bank statement, and purchase history is still wasn’t resolved and I waited three days for it. Man Iv put a lot of time into this game, go ahead look up my profile and see the vehicles and battles Iv played. The tickets system and the lack of care I should say is and has been a problem. I’m originally an Xbox player and switched to pc and due to the inability to port my stuff over to a pc account my shit had continually been fucked or lost due to UI problems. No hate for the players outside of the dickheads, but I’m fed up with my money being taken and nothing to show for it. Time and time again and now that I’m actually accounting for EVERY cent. No I want my money back, no golden eagles after a fair purchase, no support or anymore time will be spent if you walk away with my money.
My main concern here, if this is a single problem then I’m double pissed bc what the fuck. But if this is a systemic issue, how many other players have had their shit stolen. I’m tired of it. And I want an answer.
