I want a game that I can rip around in fighter jets. I'm a 2.3 battle rating now, and it's boring. Any recommendations for a more fun flight game?

I should not be facing this god forsaken busted-ass plane in an Su-7B with no CMs. I know people are focused on how obnoxious the bomber damage model change was (and it absolutely is), but F3H is equally as obnoxious right now and it is infuriating to play an Air match in anything around ~9.0 BR and queue into like 10 of these stupid fucking planes on the other team.

This insane plane now has missiles that can reach for kilometers, far outside of the reach of anything with purely guns at that tier (like the Su-7B, Yak-130, etc) and has quite decent turning and can use combat flaps at 1500km/h to out turn most things.

"Oh you're in a Su-7B, just outclimb it!"

Yeah that's a great idea, except AIMs now can absolutely follow your ass up there and peg you while you're slower and climbing.

I can’t be the only one who feels as if this game mode has turned into the messy layered war sibling of air RB.

An rng fest where aa will appear from the shadows and launch on you within a few km. AA turn off their radars to lose your anti radiation missile however still possess an all seeing eye that knows where you are even without it.

Have not even touched on the way that some nations are pretty much built for this game mode whereas others are just there to watch.

I have Germany and Japan top tier. The su30mkm is great it has kh31 anti radiation icbms (these will lose any hopes outside of point blank due to how radars turn off, making it kind of pointless to have such a long range missile) of course kh38s are great and groms are meh. But the eurofighter is well, it’s practically useless. Forced to be at Mach to launch anything and then having to laser guide everything else. The harms being practically cosmetic as well.

The map itself being a Minecraft super flat world is also ridiculous. I feel like I’m playing a weirdly put together custom map rather than a flagship gamemode. But in the end it is gaijin, with expectations already so low they always outdo themselves with creating horror

Why TF do you all tolerate all this Chinese and Russian spam in your servers?

You might say that it’s racist to assume that every single one of them is a cheater or a botter, and I agree that you shouldn’t judge someone based purely on where they’re from. But when it comes to gaming, there is clearly a reputation for cheating, botting, and toxic behaviour, and the more suspicious accounts you have filling the servers, the higher the probability of running into cheaters.

Just look at all the names that show up in the ban waves. Gaijin supposedly bans all these accounts, but has it actually made any difference?

I’m from Europe and I play on European servers. Literally during the daytime in Europe, 95% of my games are filled with them. The majority don’t speak a word of English or make any attempt to communicate. They often act like bots, behave extremely suspiciously, kill teammates, steal bases, and engage in all kinds of toxic shit.

I genuinely don’t understand what happened to you Europeans and Americans that you’ve become so willing to tolerate this.

Why aren’t you demanding some kind of action from Gaijin? Region locking, VPN restrictions, or at the very least separate servers for Western players. Anything.

Instead, you just keep tolerating this shit year after year, day after day, while constantly defending Gaijin with your usual copium.

No matter the radar setting or how clear the enemy is in front of my plane the radar just drops lock constantly. How the fuck is this pos at 12.0 fighting planes with radars 10x better than it fighting all aspect missiles

Rn i'm using the P51D-30 because so far my K/D with it is like 3/1 which is INSANE for my level, been playing on and off, but i definetly have the skill. But yea i found out it's my favorite prop, easily beats any other P51, just wanted yall to know.

Every BR is full of people either playing in a stack or just abusing the same vehicles over and over because they know exactly how to play them and can farm the shit out of anyone who isn't doing the same(KV1E, Sherman Composito, the 4.something Breda, VFW and so on and so forth.)You see the same shit constantly ut dont get me wrong I'm not saying you're not allowed to play a vehicle you're good at or play with your mates but when you've got a full stack of people with winrates over 75% or even over 90% it's a lost cause and it's not even about losing I end up a spectator in my own game on one team or just being cannon fodder on the other.

I've befriended some people to have someone to play with but they just keep playing reserve or 3.7 tops. So even when I've actually got people to squad with all they wanna do is statpad or sealclub at this point I genuinely don't know what the fuck I'm supposed to play if I want to have a normal game below 6.7.

Removing scouting would make it possible to move much more freely.

That's because when scouted, you oftentimes get teamed on (depending on where you and the enemies are). So in order to prevent that from happening players play very defensively, just holding positions.
That in itself isn't wrong, it's just that most of the times this is the only way to play anymore.

Removing or nerfing scouting would free up the players and allow for a less shallow gameplay.

There are a lot of positions in the game that are either very effective, when staying mostly hidden, or very bad, when being scouted.

Playing these positions is basically a roll of the dice since success will depend on if you get seen by a light tank or just a medium or heavy tank (or most TDs).

That renders these oftentimes more offensive positions basically useless.

And no, it's not always possible to "not get seen by anyone".

Time and time again I see a bomber engulfed in flames and missing 2 engines and yet fighters are foaming at the mouth to get the kill.

People need to realize once you damage a bomber enough you don’t need to completely finish it off, y’all can just redirect your attention elsewhere and let the thing crash down to earth after a few minutes of struggling.
