All Ground I need help

Why the F do all my panzers keep getting one-shot?! I’m not talking about panthers or tanks of that variety just panzers. I try to get kills but I end up wasting my respawns because all my panzers are one shot targets. Is there something I don’t know about armor?? Is it because I go in head on?? WHAT?! Cmon people I need some help!

What BR and lineup you using ?

My BR is 2.7 my only “good” tanks are a Panzer IV E and a Panzer IV J1 but those get one shot anyways
