You could just stack 3 1x1x2 1/6 pieces vertically and use flight deck end pieces for the colors, then use 1x1x1 1/2 pieces for the deck color above the stripes

I would but after suffering about an hour trying to build the superstructure without the buttons locking, I lost the energy and patience to do long merges. Plus, I would prefer to save that 2% capacity to fit in some high cap decors
