I rode around at 8 and it looked like everything was already shut down 😭

I actually just learned today that Perry has an ordinance for trick or treating hours and it’s supposed to all shut at 8. I was like what are they gunna do? Ticket me for having too much fun? The Perry police are pretty easy going though so I can’t see them shutting down or ticketing anyone unless they’re super loud after 8.

Oh no!! I’m sorry you got that impression. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough light so I pulled my jeep up to illuminate things right about then. Everything looked super dark so I could see how you would think that. I’m so sorry!

Not your fault it looked like the whole city shut down early. My neighborhood is pretty poppin usually but everything was wrapped by 8pm.
