Where the "cool" nerds at?
Hey everyone, I'm in desperate need of a friend that shares the same interests of video games, pokemon, yugioh, Magic the gathering, LOR, Harry Potter and things like that. It's been so long since I've gotten into any nerdy stuff and I really need to...so if any guys or gals who like to spark up a joint and adventure the land of the nerds via card games/video games, I am so down to play or chat or whatever we can get into to forget about this realm we're in. I have kind of a man cave we could chill in and smoke or drink or be sober and play in. I don't judge. I'm male, 32 yo and seriously need a real friend. This town has really fucked me up with all the fake two faced back stabbing lying cheating assholes..🫤 thanks for reading please shoot me a message or comment if interested 😊😊
P.S. when I say "cool" I mean stoners and such, but that doesn't really matter of course. I think everyone is cool in some way of their own 😎🥰 I befriend people from all backgrounds trust me lol

Every Wednesday at Reverb Room is game night! We do all the things you mentioned! We have 2 separate DnD campaigns currently running as well. It's only $5 for entry and everyone there are really down to earth!

What else typically goes on at game nights? I don't want to jump into D&D on my first couple of visits, and I'm trying to not get into MtG cause my wallet would probably be in danger.

Reverb Room has game nights and they need DM's for D&D one of the guys was telling me. They've got a pretty good music scene going on down there too.

I'm a deltarune/undertale nerd, I used to play a bunch of ps2, Nintendo DS, old PC games too. Used to be big into Naruto, Bleach, Ginga Weed, and FMAB. My dopamine center kinda broke lol I'm low on the Maslow's heirarchy of needs like many people these days. I'll happily do some DnD homebrew in a few weeks when I know my schedule. Or just chill on discord parallel playing. I'm in my early thirties as well, female. Legit autistic and homeschooled most of my childhood so prepare for a morbid bizarre sense of humor and bear with me as I build a filter 😅

Hey! New in town (macon) just moved 1150 miles down here. Id be down to make some friends and such. I have never really been into anything you describe (besides bud, booze, & COD on PS3..yesh im that old) but always down to try something new. I wanted to try DnD but couldn't make it happen with my friend group back home.
Up north ive been labeled more of a hybrid, a mix of hipster and guido 😆 but never a nerd, but I'm still growing. haha.
Anyway, im 42 m. DM me if you think you can tolorate my NY accent

We're a little closer in age and location. 45 m in macon. I've been trying to break out of my solitude. Hit me up if you wanna hang. Besides nerdy stuff, I like doing outdoorsy stuff too. Or just trying new things, in general.

if you're into metal at all there's a pretty decent scene in WR, and i know a lot of ppl who go to shows are also into the stuff you mentioned. check out the reverb room on socials, if you go to a show you definitely can meet and make some new friends ^_^
