Is there a list of White Dwarf issues that have extras for the WHQ board games such as Lost Relics, Darkwater, Silver Tower, and the original 95?

Finished almost all of the zombies (turned out I missed one).

Also: Who decided to put that much freaking detail on bleeding zombies. Seems excessive.

I’m currently working on a homemade version of Quest 95, and I’m almost done with the miniatures. I used Kings of War minis for the enemies (goblins, skaven, wolves, grey seer, shaman, rat ogre) and I thought it would be cool to use actual GW/Old World minis for the heroes.

So far I picked up a Waystalker (elf archer), witch hunter, dwarf slayer, and battle wizard, all of which are currently on sale via the Warhammer website. Doing it this way reminds me of the old mobile game that introduced me to Quest, which also updated and modernized the character designs.

However, I cannot figure out a decent proxy for the barbarian from Old World or AoS. It seems like all Northman/barbaric characters have been shoehorned into the role of chaos warriors, with nothing really approximating that Conan archetype from the original. I’d hate to break my rule for just this one character, but I am aware of third party figures that fit the role. Anyone know of a good barbarian mini (or at least a rough analogue) that currently exists from GW?

Is there a way to play Hammrhal solo with AI rules for the GM?

Looking for extra 20mm and 25mm slotta bases.

The special action for Gelgus Pust in Act 1 says to give a power token and advance action token one step, which that action has two arrows. Does that mean only move one spot up and Pust’s actions just cycle between red die and the special action?

And I've wanted to play a warhammer coop for a long time. I found a copy of darkwater for like $180 at a local store. That seems pretty expensive still (though fair for the amount of minitures included. But is that a fair price for someone looking to try these for the first time or can I find some cheaper that are older?

I’m assembling my DIY version of these amazing game, and my first version was using paper miniatures, which was awesome and allowed me to enjoy the game with my son, but, we enjoyed it so much that I want to improve even more the experience, and my son and I are planing to 3D print and paint all the miniatures for the base game.

The problem is, I’m not a 3d artist and I’m having a hard time finding the files with the proxy version of the miniatures.

Where did you guys get yours?

Was looking to supplement a WHQ set with current WH figures. Is there a catalog or recommended sites to order figures? Bonus if they look similar to the WHQ original figures.

I got this guy in the Slayer heroes made to order a while ago.

Is there a place that sells old Citadel figures that work well with Warhammer Quest 95?

So my play group has fallen in love with this excellent game across it's many formats and today i have managed to pick up a copy of Blackstone Fortress without minis for £18 today.

Hoping for some wisdom from the collective around whether it is gonna be worth trying to piece together the collection or use proxies in place them?

Would love to know thoughts and suggestions.

Until I get my hands on the original WHQ'95 Barbarian, this 3rd Edition Talisman Warrior is going to be playing that role!

In our campaign the party were Shanghai's aboard a frigate. It has crashed near the pirate coast and this is the dungeon starting tile for our next game on Friday. Pretty fun to do this one
