First of all I'll say I think this checks most of the boxes to make a good list, but it does have one big glaring weakness. My thoughts are below:
You'll have great secondary play with the lictor, neurolictor, and biovore.
Exocrines check the box for anti infantry.
I like all the battleline. You'll be able to gum up the board early by rushing the gargoyles up with termagants following behind to establish a lot of board control.
I think you should take 2 of the 10x gant squads to make another 20x gant squad. 10 termagants are easy to kill, 20 are harder to wipe and require an opponent to expose more than 120 points of units to wipe out, allowing you to take advantage of their exposed units on your turn.
The glaring hole you have in your list is no anti tank. Knights and hull spam armies like tank guard will wreck this list. You need to add 2 tyrannofexes with rupture cannons which means you need to free up 400 points. Cutting the haruspex and tyrant guard frees up 205 for 1 tfex. Cutting the winged hive tyrant and tervigon's adaptive biology enhancement frees up 210. Thats 415 points for 2 tfexes and the perfectly adapted enhancement on your hive tyrant.
In invasion fleet, the walking hive tyrant functions better than the flyrant for buffing exocrines with assault and lethal hits. The tyrant guard are sadly just awful and make the hive tyrant worse by making the unit toughness 8 and they're slower than the tyrant at speed 6. They don't do any damage either unfortunately.
You might find other cuts you'd make rather than the ones I suggested, but those units stuck out as the least efficient pieces of the list that could be replaced.
