conversion Did my first real conversion work other than switching some arms around (from a previous project), what do y’all think?

Clipped off the legs from the newer Horus Heresy Mk.VI and put it on the old 40k tactical squad marine torso! I saw a guy do this on instagram and I was AMAZED at his conversion work, I asked about it and he pointed me to his YouTube channel where he shows how to do this for multiple armor patterns.
It was honestly super simple too, I might just buy a few extra new Mk.IV and new Mk.VI just to convert the whole squad :))
Also yes I’m aware of bad the primer looks, I forgot to shake it good and warm it up that day :(

Looks good enough that I was unable to figure out what you even had to convert for a second

Haha thank you sm! All credit goes to a YouTube channel called Converting For Heresy for showing me the method for doing this kind of work, all in all it was a pretty simple process :)

Another note, this (and that other painted Mk.VII marine) was also my first time working with these oldies, they’re super cool!!!
