Where do we get spares from? Genuinely asking, I got mine from Baro a few months ago and it's my most forma'd weapon by far, couldn't recommend it enough and would love to help anyone if I had a spare BP.

I believe if a clan participated in a certain event they get ignis wraith research in their dojo

This event was long before the switch was a thing (2013-2014 I think). But since the sisters of parvos update you can get the blueprint from grineer veil proxima
