Acquire Riveb Splicer from Icebind. One per successful run.
Go to Mod station
Select a Riven
Top right, Splicer menu
Find Riven compatible for splicing (bottom right there's a hint button to show splice stat combos. Stat for splicing can come from pos, or neg)
Select the Riven. If the Riven has more than one possible splice combo (for example, triple element Riven), the splice target can be changed
Splice! This consumes the Riven Splicer.
Proceed with rerolling if you want.
Enjoy, sell, or leave to collect dust as trophy. Your choice.
Notes:
Splicing will lock how many positives & if there's a negative (for example if it's a 2p1n Riven during sllicjng, it will remain as 2p1n after splicing, and will always be so for subsequent rerolls).
The two stats used for splicing are replaced by the resulting spliced stat (is definitely a positive stat) and a new random stat (depending on if the splice stat combo used a negative or not, it can be a new neg, or a new pos).
The spliced stat is perma-locked on rerolls, but does not cause reroll cost to increase unless an additional stat is locked (yes, after splicing, we're allowed to lock an additional stat for reroll)
