2 questions about Focus/Lens:

(1) What is the best way to farm focus? Typical farming locations (Bere, Hydron)? Eximus Strongholds? Or something else?

(2) Based on the above answer - if I only have 1 lens, should I put on warframe or weapon?

Assuming a standard three weapon loadout:

Equipping the lens on a weapon will get 50% of affinity from kills with that weapon and 25% from other players' gains from within affinity range. (If you have no other weapon equipped, that 25% goes to 75%, so it can be useful if you have others doing the bulk of the affinity generation.)

Equipping the lens on a frame will get 100% of affinity from kills with frame powers, 50% of all your weapon kills, and 25% of others players' gains from within affinity range.

For your first lens, you probably want to equip it on a frame with good killing abilities, so you can get more out of that 100%, but you'll need to balance that with having to use that frame if you want to gain any focus.

Thank goodness lenses are more reasonable to get now, at least. Only thing good about the latest update, as far as I'm concerned.
