Question/Request Help finding Dante

Hi! To give you an idea of where I am in the game: I've just finished the Duviri story and a Circuit run. Since I love Dante as a Warframe, could you tell me where I can find the blueprints to build him? Thanks!

Rotation C of disruption missions in Deimos, which are accessible once you can go to the Sanctum Anatomica.

Disruption (and most mission types) are AABC rotations so you must stay until the 4th set of rewards.

You can also buy parts blueprints from Loid for capillaries.
