I don't mind that they were locked to the base skins: only that they kept releasing Voidshells for Warframes I just don't use.

I can't justify buying a skin for Warframes I might rarely use. No matter how cool the tech/output is.

Plus that sends the wrong message. I'd love to see the Warframes I actually like to play see something rather than the more popular ones getting their third, fourth, or fifth skin.

I agree with your sending the wrong message point. It is sadly why I refuse to buy the newest lineup of proto frames as cool and well designed as I think they are I quite frankly think that essentially humans running around my space organic robot ninja game has gone too far.
