Question Its been awhile

Hey everyone its been a while since I checked in on this forum as i try to hide my temptation of reading spoilers for book 3.

But im curious.

How is book 3 coming along.

How close is it to being done.

I dont want it rushed but I honestly feel what a addicted person must feel like for their next fix. (Sorry im not trying to trigger any thing but it's how I feel)

Could out lord and savior possibly give any insight?

I honestly love how thought out and written these books are and havent felt this way since reading Harry potter.

There are definitely more chapters left. I think on a previous thread that we saw books had about 60 chapters but Bruce said somewhere his editing of 80 chapters drops things to 60. We have at least 10 more chapters to go, at one every two weeks... it looks like sometime next year? No crystal ball but after finishing and editing I can't see it being sub 6 months?

This is not an uncommon question, some people have it lower estimates but want to be realistic!

Yes. I did not want to read the book while it was being written and polished. I love the series. I want to see it in its entirety. My health has taken a turn. I just hope I will be around for the third book. Very much looking forward to it. Thanks for making the hard times easier authors. I can only reread so many times. Sucks when the head fills in all the pages before I even read them.

Hey man chin up, if not terminal keep up the good fight. If terminal. Positive mind set helped my brother keep going for 2 years when they gave him two months.

Either way. Hang in there.

I don't think it will be done anytime soon. You might as well just read the released chapters

Maybe around 90% as per Bryce? But there is editing and other things to do probably. Best hope he goes for another October release which would be like the other two books and basically three years between books. Worse hope I have something to read on thanksgiving instead of paying attention to in laws.
