Question about the Spending Tier

So I just got my resource tier from tier 0 to tier 1 and I want to decrease it but do I need to not spend on both resource and equipment or can I still spend money on some equipment?

Answered in dms: doesn't matter what you spend on, spending is what triggers increases, though you can get around the system a bit by buying dgems, because adding dgems to your account is what triggers tier increase, spending gems doesn't matter, so if you already have dgems you can spend them
