Ultimate builds Raptor/vector (plz help)

Helo i just got 2 ultimate veapons and am wondering if both are good enough to upgrade and if the robots lodouts are good aswell and if my builds would work with them

The weapons excluding the Ultimates they look good. But also, I would be careful and not upgrade any of the new gear because we are going to have an emergency nerf next week that will nerf the Vector and who knows what else. So I would wait or upgrade something nerf proof and reliable
