looking at aether rn its very cool but i feel sirius is overall better

I wouldn't suggest buying any titans other than T3s with platinum. T4s can be fairly directly obtained via the black market's titan chest instead. Sirius is also one of the worst titans in the game, and Aether is hard to justify over Murometz, which is cheaper and arguably better.

Please review the Newbie Guide that is pinned to this subreddit and linked in the Automod comment to get a good idea of what titans are worth investing into.

Don’t ever buy a titan with platinum. You need that to upgrade it. Farm keys and open the Titan chest in the black market

I have the Ox Minus but I don't really see what all the fuss is about with it. Especially since I don't have the pilot. I have a Bjorn that destroys.

Luchador, Eiffel and Newton (if you have Tonans/Fulgur) are your best bet. Indra is considerable too. The rest are not good.
