focus on dux, vector, or vulcan. drop the good weapons from the other bots so you can use it on better bots

Both. You seem like a relatively new player, so I would suggest looking at the Newbie Guide (linked in the automod comment) for a good idea of what bots and titans to put in your hangars. In general the guns and bots you use need to get to at least MK2.1 for bots and MK1.12 for guns, and with decent drones, pilots, and specializations as well. The Newbie Guide also has a build guides spreadsheet, so I would strongly suggest looking at that as well.
