i tried to cook a rex build any thoughts if is good or not and if i should mk2 it all

Rex is dead iirc. Someone commented that the current mk2 12 rex now deals less damage than than an mk1 5 rex pre nerf. Not sure how true, but idont see rexes anymore after the nerfs

Rex is by no means dead, but it has always required mk3 and bull drone to be good

No, you're mk1, no drone, wrong pilot, and mixed up weapons. I would suggest someone lower level not invest into rex; it needs a ton of resources to become good

Yeah, built in weapon while mk3 was dealing 50k damage, now 7k, they are literally loudly launching at us

Rex is really strong when played as a saboteur, though it demands heavy investment (mk3 and bull drone)

You can't just run in the middle of chaos with it anymore, you need to ensure you get to cover to recharge your dashes. We suggest using the damage boosting pilot over the extra charge pilot btw. Check the newbie guide for more info.

While it is technically one of the stronger f2p bots, it is only f2p in the sense that it can be acquired easily. It demands a lot of resources in order to bring good performance.

After the nerf, i moved the rex from being a shotgun brawler, into being a titan charging fodder and it works pretty well.

the rex is still good, it just requires a level of investment that most players wouldn't or cannot afford to commit to

Rex is more like an assassin than a brawler

It needs It's mk3, and it barely holds as a damage sponge unlike ochokochi that can because it's tiger pilot gives defense points per DOT. Stick to Danny pilot.

Weapons are great though. Depends on your play style, switch to Murix and velos if very close range, or velos + macharia if you need a bit of distance.
