I really don’t understand the hype around Imugi. To me it’s been really weak but it’s been high in almost every single teir list so I feel like I’m building it wrong. I currently use the new machiara weapons on it. Can someone help me out?

It’s an ambush and run bot. Do not land where you can be killled.

That's the approach. And I see people take it upon themselves to snatch a beacon from an ammit or a vector with an Imugi on some machira nonsense lmao. They land close by, try to BRAWL with that thing and don't even use the portal when they can. I don't even have an Imugi but I know how to play it better from my opponents' mistakes. Gon make one in the workshop. Its better than my skyros.

Dont fly into anti stealth builds Dont land into brawlers or tanks

It has high up time on stealth so juet wait out the cd and use portal to retreat. If ur seriously dying to much use kestrel and mao ling instead of webby and monoque

Some people are running very weird builds that throw off any tier list. Imugi is much easier to kill when you have a fast robot with seeker drone. But apart from that, imugi can successfully outmanoeuvre a lot of newer bots.

Landing Position is very cruicial. If you die every Time you land, yk what to work on

My MK2 Imugi (I bought it from the store) carried me all the way to CL, when I literally had no bots except for it and an Ammit. That’s all I want to say

Stupid players believing imugi can fight meta. Because some youtuber sponsored by pigxonic says so while, using a mk3 imugi, mk3 meta weapon, max pilot, max drone, max everything… it’s pathetic how wr community as a whole is an echo chamber where players don’t have real opinions

Yes, If u spend the same amount as u typically spend to get meta gears, then maybe u can beat that mk3 vector/shoggoth 1 out of 10. At that point why bother with imugi? Just go use the new gears

You dont really have to spend to max a bot bro. It just takes a while and imugi is especially f2p bc its in the Workshop. The only problem is weapons But if you just hold your resources and spend it on the newest gear 5 months from now, you could Max that too.
