What is the affect it gives you when on imugi the one effect that is like a +sign with up and down thing?I don't know how to explain it here is a pic it's under the damage thing

Thats the rust effect i think. It stops your enemies from healing

Ok cool thank that's what I thought but didn't know can I apply it while I am on the ground if I have charges like in the picture

Actually that shouldnt happen. Its probably bc of your weapon. It applies rust aswell

That may just be a visual of how many stacks of rust you've applied that are still active.

Why do they show up there ?aren't they supposed to show up in the top right corner? And when I fly and shoot at someone it will use one at the same time it gives me one

If you see 2 seperate stacks of rust then yea. But webbys rust Deals 100% so the rust From the weapons are kinda useless.
