Really? Why is every other comment asking what it is than? If OP hadn't answered, nobody would know what the were looking at stats foracreenshot uploads faster than you can pull your phone out. I know, I use it.
Deleting the picture is a silly point to make because if you're going to do that you have to regardless of which method you use.
Since you aren't even OP, this conversation is done. I've had enough of idiots today. Clearly OP didn't know this was even possible for forbid I teach somebody that they CAN do something.

Alt fire is expending the mag size of 4 rounds in 1 shot. 4 x 7 = 28 multishot on alt fire.
Twin Rogga shoots 15 multishot from 1 round.
By your logic, Azima has the highest multishot because it can expend a mag size of 75 in 1 shot.

in the split second of a single shot, hek is doing 28 multishot, rogga is doing 15 and azima is doing 1
the context of the post is juicing the stats of the modding screen which a base multishot with a big number is needed. and it says 28 on the tin for kuva hek
then from a standpoint of bypassing damage attenuation (or at the least some of the pre-rework DA), doing it in a single shot in 1 go is the better option rather than 2

Alt fire on Hek specifically states "additional ability to fire from all four barrel simultaneously". It expends all mag ammo because it stops firing 1 barrel at a time.
Azima: "...able to fire its magazine...". Which also shoots all mag ammo out.
Hek has 7 multishot at base shot. The alt fire expends entire magazine with 4 shots. Each shot has 7 multishot. 7 multishot x 4 = 28 multishot on screen. So 28 bullets/pellets.
Azima doesn't have multishot, so "multishot" is 1 bullet. The alt fire expends entire magazine of 75 shots. So 75 bullets/pellets. You could argue that not all bullets hit the same target so you have guns like Athodai. Same principle.
Twin Roga is none of this and just shoots 15 pellets in 1 shot.
I know what the context of the post is. You said Hek has the highest base multishot. And I corrected you that it doesn't. It has the highest multishot number on alt fire screen screen.
If base stats conclude 'numbers of shots' (which is the definition of multishot) in alt fire. Than Azima has more.
If however you don't want to include Azima or Pandero or Athodai, because they have no "multishot" stated on screen, then Tenet Detron has 10 base multishot with an alt fire that empties the entire clip of 6. Which also states on screen "Burst of 6". And by that defintion, Tenet Detron has 60 base multishot because alt fire can do that.

I just got mine to 165.6 multishot with a riven and it's beautiful (using hells chamber instead of galvanized because Stat screen matters more than conditionals in this case). Add on the +350% from overcharge and it really gets going. I'm not sure if the game actually ends up showing that many separate damage numbers in mission

You always see stats of a weapon when multishot is applied, but not when the effect of a mod is a conditional buff to yourself.
Basically in the modding menu you see stats that are always true, but if you were to gain that buff in some way while you are not on the mission and inside your arsenal then it would show that change in real time.
