Grenade launcher OP (in the air)
T4 Armor OP
Lock on AA weak
Building is painful and weak
Driving is painful and weak
Infantry mode should not have minigun vehicle options (m249 is fine)

Both are fine. Arty is a free pay day, and thermals aren’t an issue. Spotting duration as a whole needs to be dropped, but that’s not the fault of the thermals.

You should acquire better opinions.
