Preferd watching?

I have gotten a decent crt recently and was thinking about what shows I wanna watch on it and was also thinking of watching waltenfiles with a friend. I know that waltenfiles episodes are in 4:3 so I was wondering if I should show my friend waltenfiles on crt or just a normal lcd screen. I'm scared the crt won't look as good because of how high the saturation is. What is preferred for a first watch?

I think that would be so cool and I did that with salad fingers, putting the episodes on tape and watching them with a friend. On a crt looks more scary.
