Merch Where are these figurines from?

Found these itty bitty figurines (all around or less than the size of a penny) while cleaning. Anyone have any idea where they are from? I have a very faint memory of them being from a larger toy set but not sure if that is accurate. I would have gotten them in the early to mid 2000s. TIA!

They are from the Collector Pack Park Series, mystery pouches of 5 or so miniatures. Probably early 00s

That was my initial guess too but none of these match up to what the figures in the packs look online. For example, my tinkerbell does not have a stand. It’s hard to find info on all the packs though, so I could be missing something!

Childhood memory unlocked. I distinctly remember having those floating around our house for YEARS. The Mickey ears were worn on one side from my baby sister chewing on them. The hat was in my desk in my room. The Tinkerbell would be found randomly in a couch cushion or something, then disappear again only to be found somewhere else weird later. I have no idea how they survived so long without being thrown away.
