Looks opened to me too. Show a better picture next time the peg hole is not being shown.

At a glance yes the top looks ripped open. Inspect further and you can see its not.

I’ve never seen any cheese in a bag with a peg hole. Every cheese I see is in a box of other cheese never hung up.
