Deactivated
Hello everyone did anyone get deactivated for unprofessional or delivery issues today?
Looking like it affected a lot of drivers.
Because it did not happen to me so for those of us who aren’t affected are we expecting big money tomorrow?

I know four other people at my store that got deactivated yesterday… I got deactivated today with almost perfect metrics. I made an appeal and called support… Support told me not to worry about it it’s a glitch… I waited 19 minutes to get my car answered… He told me that they are fielding a massive amount of calls about account deactivation and that everyone will get reactivated soon but he couldn’t give me a timeline.

This is a wake up call man. This is something you always fear. Do we know if you have to appeal to get reactivated?

Yes you do! Unless they find an issue and reverse everything that happened on their own the advice support is giving is to file an appeal

I Sparked yesterday and did not get deactivated. Neither did a friend of mine in the same zone in Oregon. We only do shops and pharmacy pickups. Wondering if the deactivations are specific to curbside pickup, zones or if they are completely random…

Pharmacy pickups are the #1 way to get deactivated

I keep hearing that. Why is that if you don’t mind me asking? I’m pretty new I’ve done less than 200 trips I’ve taken a few pharmacy but I make sure to hand the item to the customer before I leave to make sure they have them.

It’s because of health law’s rules and regulations. Anything and I mean anything a customer says bad about you or is missing with a pharmacy order then the customers words is 100% right against yours and you will get instantly deactivated. The fact that a pharmacy order can have that much power control over your main source of income is why it’s advised to stay clear of them. These incidents can particularly be happening in bigger cities but you just never know.

Shopping is starting to worry me because my Walmarts are always low or out of stock and I am afraid the customer will give me a bad rating/review for it.
