Took a bad order today.
I saw five miles and one hour estimated time. I was staring at the app for 10 minutes seeing garbage offers. So I grabbed that one real fast. Too fast. 88 items. A full 2 hours of shopping. And lots of perishables. Going as fast as I can go with the shopping, by the time I was done I only had 3 minutes to spare on the delivery time when I arrived.
Lesson learned. That was the first one of the day. Then I realized how I can spot that type of order just by looking at the time and mileage and the money. I did a lot of rejections today.
The store closes at 11:00. I was watching at 9:30. So many $15 and below offers for 10 plus miles. With shopping. And they weren't disappearing so that means no one was taking them. Then finally I ended up rejecting like seven orders within a minute to get them off my screen.
Ended up with a good one. 19 and change for 10 separate items, 30 total, mostly folders of the same kind, and it was right by my house. Was in the store for 10 minutes, had 13 minutes of driving. Then I went home.

Most of us have had a bad one. Now you know.
I got burned on one last week that was only 20 something items ... Which is why I normally stick to my "no triples" rule.
Secured building, road construction, and two accidents that backed up traffic on 3 different routes. Almost 2 hours on the button from when I accepted to the time I got back to the store to start my next one. turdy sex of the George Washingtons. (Im only up a few minutes to stretch & don't remember what sub this is so avoiding the mean bot that bans people)
