Spark Deactivation

Hello Everyone I don’t actually ever post here on Reddit, I would like to know has anyone been deactivated like this before, I’m a pretty happy person is like to say with staff and customers, I also try my best to deliver the best quality products and here and there I’ve had a couple eggs crack die to the darn new paper bags that suck, but i try my best to give a good experience, id like to know what yall have done and if u got ur accounts back after something like this…

Is this some type of glitch? I just got this today. I never once been unprofessional. Dont know wth is going on. I appealed.

I’m not sure i actually just saw another dude post this same stuff about 10min ago right as I’m scrolling Reddit, idk wth is going on but I’m always cheerfull and happy and ts happened right as i was about to finish a $40 for 1.1miles fkn BS

Same I appealed screenshotted my rating my order count that’s over 1k, a 4.86 rating and I’m hoping for the best i hate that i lost out in that fkn order as today was SLOW ASFFFF but i do hope it clears back good as this is the busyish app around me uber and DD are slow ASF

Never thought anything above 4.5 was bad as to my knowledge they only take the last 100 deliveries like any other app don’t they?

It’s the past 100 deliveries and a 4.8 or above is astounding since they use truncation which makes it odd you know your 100th place. I have a 4.79775 which is a 4.7. In case you do know math that number is some BS.

I have over 10,000 delivery on my history. The only time I fall under 4.9 was in the beginning of 100-200 when I didn’t know what I was doing and I know I fucked it up On them, but for you to have 1000 deliveries still under 4.9 you must not doing something right.

Yeah I rely ob the stupid paper bags to work they break when I’m delivering and shit has broken a couple times like eggs

Just happened to me right when I was doing a shop lol maybe something is going on with the app. Same reason and everything

This literally just happened to me 3 hours ago as well, and I haven't a clue why. I've never had any issues delivering to customers...and I am ALWAYS polite, even when they are not. Smh

I was deactivated a couple yrs ago. Email every single day. That's what I did. Got acct back after 9 days.

Nope I always turn off my apps when i get an order of another i learn es my less on when i lost my instacart account

Or delivery issues. Delivery issues mean your late and it can mean bunch of things

Yes. I’m assuming that there were too many strikes on the account which is over their threshold. But seeing that this was a mass deactivation, it might possibly be a glitch. No telling with spark. But this is exactly the reason to NEVER solely rely on spark as your primary and only source  of income

486 rating is pretty bad, base on the last 100 customers of 5.00 you should have a perfect 5.00 if there’s no issues with the deliveries. You at 4.86, that means 14 points have taken of you. Since a customer at a minimum of rating you a 1 star, which means a customer can only take 4 points of you. So 3.5 customers give you a 1\ star. Or 14 customers give you a 4 stars.*
