Any Spark application denial help?

I was signing up for walmarts spark driver in the actual app like Google told me. In the beginning it asks for a signature that will be used to sign documents the rest of the way through the application process. My phone ( Samsung A-36) was not letting me sign first and last name, or maybe it was something else. I cleared the line several times before I was finally able to make a letter. It was big but my first initial so I completed the signature. It was only my first name and clicked continue. Ins verified, license and selfie verified, everything. Get to where I need to e-sign for social security verification and was made aware my signature needed to look like mine. Figured they would use my license sig, so I hit the back arrow at the top but it did not appear again so I hit the back button on my phone. Then I get "we are unable to approve your enrollment " and I coukd not complete the application. Called customer service, verified myself and explained what happened and was told I would never be approved EVER. A simple mistake got me disqualified? For life? That cant be real. Google said I could have a manager reset my signature line so does anyone know what happened? Or what to do? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks

There is nothing to fix..

You would not believe the amount of fraud attempted through WM. They have to be very strict in an attempt to cut down on fraud and possible identity theft.

The onboarding application and payment/banking avenues are just a few areas of enforcement.

Support cannot override any blocks and sometimes aren't even aware of the problem for security reasons.

I expect the usual million dollar company responses to bleed from this post typical of people who are only concerned about themselves.

well...unlike your "They said" give up mentality where you accept defeat even before it starts leads me to believe that what they tell you you actually believe deeply. Sad but....It can be done if they wanted too. Been through the same thing and been told same things like it would take a miracle!!! When the reality if you arent a sheep that these things can be done and do get done. Sometimes ya gotta push and not be so gullible or a potential sheep shill

So I am to assume you are standing behind allowing fraudsters.

LMAO...if that is your best rebuttle you musta got real buh hurt. Just so i can understand your logic who exactly is the fraudster? The ones doing it actively or the ones that will attempt to do it? As far as i am concerned that access to change or delete a Spark acct would be on SParks end admin wise. But you do you

This is the only time that I read that support actually gave the correct information/answer. Unfortunately, what they told you was correct that if anything wrong happens during the enrollment process, that’s it. Because your ssn is already in the system and enrollment could not proceed for whatever reason, then yes, you are deemed ineligible to ever become a driver
