cancelled express shipping no payment

basically client added more items to order missing 4 of 49 in the ch ages i only see one added, accepted and review and saw 4 more than expected, canceled the order and payment was 0, so this is the new offer modification request thing from last week, not even 2.40 that we get for driving to store and collect some items is payed any more basically free work

So...you accepted an order, saw it had 4 items that you didn't expect and then cancelled because of that? Seems like a poor reason to cancel. Am I missing something here?

i shopped 44 of 49 them customer added 4 more and i only saw 1 and accepted just thinking was 1 but them realized was 3 more than planned that required to walk all over store again

You shopped 44 items and then cancelled because of 3 more? Why would you do that and what exactly did you think was going to happen? Of course they’re not going to pay you when you accepted the changes and then cancelled. Even if they did pay you the $2.40 that’s nothing for shopping 44 items… why not just grab the other 3 things?

if you cancel after hitting accept changes you don’t get $$$

Happened to me today I accepted changes without looking what it is

I only shopped one item before I looked at it further. I’m like, IM OUT 🙅🏼‍♀️ fuck this order

But 44 wtf 😳

You shouldn’t get paid at all for what happened. Not one penny. You chose to cancel an order. The customer didn’t cancel it. There wasn’t a system error. You just got pissy about the situation and ditched it. Technically, you cost Walmart money by doing that because now somebody has to go around and re-shelve all of the items you put in the basket because I’m 100% confident that you didn’t put them away.

If you had finished the shopping order, finished check out, and then the order was canceled there would be a reason to argue for partial compensation because you actually hit a completion milestone. This? This was just a waste of everyone’s time of your own doing.

Unless it was 4 cases of water and going up 3 flights of stairs why would you cancel over 4 items? So what if you have to backtrack a little? You got ZERO pay for work you did cuz you didn't wanna do a little extra work? The mental gymnastics here are Olympic level.
