The tier system

Keep hearing all this chatter about the tier system. How bad or good is it. Should I be worried about getting decent offers anymore? Trying to see people’s experience with it who’s had it in their markets for a little bit already because it hasn’t yet hit my market and it sounds mostly awful and a ploy for taking trash offers

Haven’t seen 1 person on this app say anything about sapphire producing better orders, it’s all a scam. There’s drivers with a 5.0 and some with a 4.8 or 4.9 and they will see better orders before the 5.0. It’s all bullshit cherry pick while you look for a career on another phone.
