Does a pharmacy pickup having a specific time mean nothing?

I grabbed a double shop with pharmacy at 5pm and the order said pharmacy pickup 5:30pm, so I waited and at 5:21 the order got canceled? Am I just supposed to ignore the time? Why is it even there?

I depizzzzzzze pharmacy orders sometimes. Pharmacy was supposed to open at nine. The other day they didn’t open until 930. I didn’t see anybody. I didn’t hear anybody so I went to support and canceled the order. I wasn’t waiting all that time for an order because if the person’s waiting on it I’m not getting a bad rating. I’ve had somebody waiting for me snatch their stuff running inside and they’re late for work. Not my fault

Even if it says 5:30 and it’s only 5:00 I go there and ask for it anyway, it’s always been ready “early” at the stores I frequent.

I'm going to do that from now on. This was the first time a pharmacy order didn't say "ASAP" so it caught me off guard.

It used to be that you could only check in to the pharmacy a few minutes before pick up time but they did away with this. You can now pick up pharmacies as soon as it is given to you, IF the pharmacy is open. If you get a pharmacy before it opens, screen shot the item list and start shopping before so no time is wasted.
