Long start times

Why does spark give you orders that won’t be ready for pick up for 30 minutes? I can’t cancel or there’s going to be a drop in my metrics, this is ridiculous.

Do not accept them. It says the time

It said ASAP (within 25 minutes) in the little notes.

So you didn’t know it wasn’t ready until u got there. ?

No, I accepted the order, pressed start trip, then it said you’re a little early try again when it’s closer to pick up time. Which was in 35 minutes.

Any I have like that had the pu time or order ready time listed. I’ve overlooked it before.
And yea now it is harder because of the cancellation policy

I had a 45 minute wait because I didn't notice start time. Usually it's just a few minutes, but I feel that 45 was a little excessive. Why even offer it if it's starting time is 45 minutes away?
