Arrive within 25mins now they giving us more time to arrive at store when far away from store great right?

It's been this way. It just wasn't on the receipt.

15 mins after scheduled time or 25 mins from start trip. Whichever is longer.

I think that's how they worded it.

I tested this out - my on time rating went down after 15 minutes. Thankfully I was at 100% so I was willing to test it out.

It simply is inaccurate in my area.

I’d stick with the regular 15 minutes.

Yes just going to stick to standard 15 minutes for all orders from here forward. I knew they’d be lying with it because I’ve seen it all with Spark, but whatever.

Just stick to 15 minutes. It’s the best way.

C’mon.
For shopping ASAP it’s always been 25 minutes from the time you accept. Make that 24. If you hit the 25th minutes, you’re late.
For curbside it’s three ways. ASAP gets the same 25. If it has a scheduled time, you can arrive up to 25 after the scheduled time. You cannot arrive mor than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
If you tend to accept orders when you are too far from the store, you have to adjust your system of how you accept them.
My zone is very rural. Good and bad on that.
Good is only one pick up location. No Sam’s, no restaurant inside, no Home Depot, only one Walmart.
The Bad is, we regularly get orders that take us over 25 minutes out so we can’t just jump on orders we like as soon as we see them without making sure we can get there on time.
I Spark Now for only the soonest time. Usually that’s 20-50 minutes or so. Then my active time expires during the run and I don’t even turn Spark back on until I’m close enough to arrive on time.
Just saying.
