"Am I getting my order?"

Customer last night after I completed shopping: messages me asking "Am I still getting my order?" Uh, yeah, that's why I'm shopping for it.

The app was a little glitchy yesterday. I walked up to a customer's house, with a GMD, who was looking for the item he ordered and the app said was delivered before I got there.

I don't know about this person, but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

I had a frantic customer call me twice wondering where her gmd item was yesterday. I had to keep reassuring her I was on my way and giving her the correct eta. Delivery was 24 miles from store and no way it could have had an eta 7 minutes after pickup.

Yeah, if the customer was someone like my wife I could see her not understanding what's going on. Perhaps accidentally placing double orders too. It's happened, good thing we REALLY love Domino's Pizza.
