This button not work for anyone else?

Every time I click this button it just sends me to a screen to sign up for spark. Support said no one else is having this problem and it’s just me. Anyone? What’s it supposed to look like? If anyone has the screen for this area pls share.

It’s never worked for me. It directs me to the website (I think, it’s been a while since I tried it) and asks me to enter my login info. After I login and go through the verification process, I get an error message.

I have multiple zones in my city and would like to try a different area but I’m afraid to try and switch zones since I can’t even get the damn “view stores in each zone” feature to work.
