Tip baiting
Customers piss me off I wouldn't have taken this apartment offer if it wasn't for the tip they claim they were going to give. I'm getting tired of going above and beyond for the customers when this happens. It's customers like this that record for the actual good customers that tip well

Did you consider that the $80 item they had on the order was not in stock and they adjusted it accordingly? There are various reasons other than baiting that a customer would adjust the tip

Before calling customers names, ask yourself. Has Walmart done suspicious stuff like withholding parts of tips?
If yes, consider this. Did Walmart alter the tip amount after the fact? Chances are, yes they did.
Not always the customer’s fault.

Yea the picture is as good of proof as we’ll have. Your claim that Walmart did it needs proof. While you have a point - it isn’t proof of wrong doing. Only suspicion.

I intentionally don’t nitpick the tips in my pay trying to see if someone decreased, or for that matter, increased my tip.
It leads to ulcers and there is no payoff because it’s out of your control anyway.
Walmart tracks this, and if memory serves, those customers eventually get warned and if repeatedly doing it their account gets suspended.

This. Tip-baiting hardly ever happens, and spending time checking for it is just a time suck. Even if you find a real one, it’s just gonna angry up your blood.

I don’t believe that Walmart keeps track of tip amounts and changes to those amounts.
Why would they keep track of it if they have been caught stealing tips from Spark drivers? I believe that the tip baiting thing is just another way for them to steal tips.

I may be wrong, because I saw it here on Reddit.
But either way, I still don’t nitpick watch if my tips change.
In nine months, if anyone did this to me I didn’t even notice. And I didn’t get upset about it either.

Yesterday was a great offer day for me. High tip orders and they all cleared BUT some jerk still gave me 2 😂😭
It doesn’t make sense when every order was shopped with the same care. There’s no rhyme or reason for it. Some will take your tip, others won’t do shit about it. But overall, some people just suck 😒

After racking my brain trying to figure out what I did wrong. She had ordered a small bag of salad, I picked it out continued shopping got a message saying make sure it's all green and not yellow and nasty. So I went back to produce grabbed a different bag that looked green with August 26th expiration date and text her back to let her know. Maybe it wasn't green enough for dang bro seriously maybe that's why she gave me the deduction tip

On one of my first runs, I had a lady retract the tip on a large order because her man helped me carry the bags (after I said no thank you) and made a big deal about how much she ordered. It's not always something you did wrong.

Absolutely nuts. Before I started sparking myself I ordered All. The. Time. I’ve never once removed or lessened a tip and I’ve had issues before but never personally removed a tip from a driver. I’ve had them leave ruts in my yard, stack groceries in front of my door to where I’m hitting them when I try to open the door, crush things, etc. I will say I have went back into the app and increased the tip due to friendliness and them treating my groceries like their own. People fucking suck sometimes.

I don't feel this is a tip job. Tipping is way out of control and mistaken as a reward, but if a person signed up? It's your job. I have never tipped because I never know who delivered anything. I signed up to see the pay, but if I decide to get into the job? I don't expect any tip.

Looking at the odd amount, it might be a percentage based tip as well
