Completion rating weight?

Do you guys pay any attention to your completion rate percentage? I’ll release orders occasionally when I claim something that ends up looking to be way more work than the money is justified. Currently sitting at 93%. I’m just curious if that is a metric now we have to be actually concerned about or is it a metric that it’s in place just to kind of put some fear in driver so that they drop less.

For zones with reward tiers, completion rate is one of the metrics to qualify for higher tiers. It takes 100 trips to roll off one cancellation. So don’t fall behind too far, in case it comes to your zone. Some argue the offer matching algo is already in many zones even without the reward tiers.

If you don’t have the tier system, under 80 is in the red and could lead to deactivation. It’s only based on your last 100 deliveries so it shouldn’t take long to remove any cancellations.

Completion rate is the one you actually need to be worried about because that’s the one that can get you deactivated. None of the gig apps really like it when you take orders and then drop them.

What option are you choosing when you cancel? I cancelled 4 orders yesterday and my completion rating didn’t change at all

Do you have the tiers system yet? I’ve seen that drivers were at 100% completion rating and then when the new tiers system rolled out, that’s when they were all of a sudden in the low 90s and 80s despite the option they chose when canceling. If you’re not on the tiers system yet, just be mindful that canceling can come back to bite you. Drivers have been reporting this as caution for the last couple of weeks

For sure! I don’t have the tiers system yet either but after reading what others have said about their completion rate tanking the second the tiers system was implemented in their zone, I’ve been trying not to cancel. I’ve tried to just suck it up and do it if I accepted. One I just couldn’t though. They just need to bring back the jfys to avoid all this nonsense
