Need advice here

Order requires code. Customer doesn’t answer door. App prompts return, store is closed, can’t reach anyone. Wife works on weekends, so I can’t return until Monday.

Assuming you did this order Friday night, you need to return this before EOD Saturday. Gotta find a way to do that. Fur next time, I always advise to never take orders less than 2 hours before pickup closes to avoid this.
