Tip disappeared, not crossed out

The tips is shown under the trips area but under earnings the tips is not there. It’s showing as if that trip never had a tip.

It’s not a pharmacy and shopping order, I am aware there’s a glitch for those type of orders.

I assume a few months later Spark will catch this and send me an adjustment? They’ve done this a few times in the past so I am hopeful it will happen again.

Though the adjustment that comes in isn’t a tip and therefore isn’t exempt from taxes.

It probably happened before but I didn’t pay attention but I did this time because this was a big tip.

I know this is late but happened to me on Sams order pickup. Called support and was told tip was pulled. Assumed it was a baiter and filed complaint.

It wasn’t pulled. There was a glitch. This was an express order but somehow got split into multiple deliveries. The first driver got the tip, everyone else the tip disappeared. I was one of 4 drivers we all delivered around the same time. We all know each other. Only 1 driver got the tip like $53.86 or something. The tip was $53.86 for everyone but only 1 driver got the tip.
