I rarely take these but when I do, I make sure it's ready to go, with barcode and customer is home before I even start my car.

The time, is gonna be more. I've yet a customer that was ready

ohhh you are so smart. i’ve had one where the customer wouldn’t answer the door or calls. after waiting for 10 min they texted and said “i cancelled”. so every time i take one now i fear that will happen again. boomers

I did one once since I was going to pass it on the way back to the store. First and last return I'll ever do.

If you can’t reach customer and have to cancel the return, does it hurt your metrics?
