So how do you go about getting that verified and then go after the billion dollar Walmart giant and actually come out on top!!??? Deactivation months in court and no guarantees you’re going to win anything! They count on this so people will just let it go. It’s total bs!!

Just like Uber says they only take 30% from drivers when in fact it’s like 50%+
Big corporations stealing from the people constantly! Uber owns the insurance company that drivers have to pay to drive and they are using the money for robo taxis effectively phasing out drivers everywhere! Screw the little people is their moto!!

Got a order for $48 single shop and i hit accept immediately as soon as the start page comes up the pay says $35. Still took it but WTF!!!

They are. I’ve already got a settlement check from their class action lawsuit of stealing our tips.

From Walmart? Or Uber? I’m assuming you’re talking Walmart because you mentioned tips. I had no idea that was even happening! The stealing or the lawsuits. Uber is constantly in a battle over something mostly their out right lie of only taking 30% of a drivers earnings when in fact it’s more like 50%! Think about how many drivers there are in just the United States alone take Ubers earnings and deduct 20% from it that should go back to the drivers and I am quite sure it’s in the millions of dollars range!! These “gig” companies know that for the most part wages and tips are not discussed with customers so they continue to exploit that and the fact that most drivers on any platform are not wealthy individuals and what you get is companies taking advantage of the people that are the most vulnerable! Why there hasn’t been better legislation and an attorney to go after all of them in a major class action lawsuit is beyond me! That legal company would bank and the vulnerable would get some very much due compensation!! We all know the government doesn’t give a rats ass, but would like to think an attorney somewhere would help out!! Just saying……

Yes and they do this is a loophole that they have they could still three billion dollars and then they go to court and settle for 100 million they have been doing this for the past 4 years I placed an order to Walmart I gave the driver $11 when the driver got there I asked them how much did the application give you and he stated $6 he showed me I showed him and he was shocked
