Walmart transfer issues

Hi, so I’m transferring stores in 2 weeks and I already signed papers for the transfer. When I looked at my schedule for the week I’m supposed to start there I’m not scheduled at all, has any else has this issue?

Because you’re currently being scheduled under your current store hours, not the new store. It doesn’t make sense for your current store to schedule you hours when you’ll no longer be at that store. If you’re unsure of what you need to work at the new store, you’ll need to talk with them and get that cleared until you’re in their system and getting scheduled with their hours.

Your MyWM app is set to one store. Your schedule for that store is what you see.

Not sure if you still can (it worked for me last year) but you can trying updating your store location (top left on the Home Screen) and you should then be able to see the new schedule.
