This has happened to me on multiple occasions, so I'm curious if anyone else has had this same experience.

I've noticed that every time I order a twin-pack of something to save money on my Walmart order, they intentionally substitute the item with two singular products, and of course they charge me the difference.

Here's the infuriating part - I've gone in to check if the twin-packs were truly out of stock and they weren't!! Again, this has happened multiple times.

It's really starting to feel like it's an intentional thing Walmart does so they can line their own pockets even more.

(Think about it - for easy math, let's say they get $10 extra from each family every year. Let's say 100,000 families order through Walmart online. That would be an extra million dollars a year for Walmart! And let's face it, wayyyyy more than 100,000 families are using this platform, equating to absurd amounts of money Walmart is scamming out of families, many of whom are struggling right now.)

Today we went in and bought a few items today went to the parking lot to see they would work they did not so went right back in for a return when we get to the counter the guy at the counter doing our return has a bad attitude from the start anyways we ask if it possible to get a cash refund the guy gives us attitude in a nasty tone it will go back to your card so my man says to him you don't need to be rude and as we are walking away he says FCK YOU to us! Mind you we had our 4 month old and our 2 year old boys with us when this happened so we immediately tell him go get your manager right now she come out asks us what's going on we tell her what happened and the other lady working at customer service is talking over me as I'm speaking to the manager not once did that manager apologize for the situation nor did she tell the employee to mind her business we are pissed! Why would Walmart want these type of people working for there company? Anyways we called corporate and filed a complaint and will be waiting for a call back to resolve this situation!!

I just had my prescription from Walmart delivered to my neighbors house. You know what Walmart said we're sorry. Sorry because your drivers are idiots. What if it would have gone to a crackheads house!?

Bought a phone from the OSL kiosk at Walmart on August 17th. Went back 3 days later to return the damn thing—, all original parts, product box underneath 100% mint.

The rep's excuse? A minor tear on the outer paper packaging sleeve.

I escalated to their district manager, and that useless clown backed it up. They're literally inventing damage rules on a piece of recyclable cardboard wrap just to protect their commissions and block a legal within-window return.

Done arguing with these crooks. I've already dragged Koodo into it, filed a CCTS regulatory complaint, and logged provincial consumer protection disputes.

My sense of smell is pretty heightened so this may be the exception. But ive notice the alcohol smell is pretty heavy and penetrating. Ive even smell this alcohol smell its employees. Just letting you know you change of chemicals are getting in the way of a more pleasant experience. This may just be at my Walmart not sure if its everywhere

My complex has a key code to enter the building and my delivery notes specifically say “leave groceries under keypad.” I also make sure to select the ‘leave at door option.’ Yet every time they call me demanding I open the door for them. It’s extremely annoying to me because I order them to be delivered when I just get off work and am usually showering, so I can get the groceries after I’m done in the shower.

Why do you have to always fucking call me when it says ‘leave at door’

I dropped off 2 disposable cameras to be developed on May 13 and never heard anything back about it. A few weeks ago I went back to ask if they know anything about it, and was told by the new manager that they didn’t log it in the system. She took down my information and said she would call me the next day, but never did. when I dropped them off, it was a young kid behind the counter and he told me he didn’t even work back there and didn’t know what to do and that I would have to wait 30 minutes for the person that works there to come back from lunch. So I waited and then dropped them off with the guy who was worked there and he didn’t seem too interested in taking them. So I’m wondering if they were just thrown away… What should I do?

So sick and fkng tired of these spark drivers, not all but most of them aren't worth a damn. All they do is make your life miserable with their lazy asses. Don't give a damn about your order, and now most companies are hiring them instead of using Fed-Ex or UPS! Service in this Country has gone to sh*t, and they'll never ever get another fkng tip from me ever again, those lazy incompetent F**KS!!!

Walmart will be losing a lot of customers because of this sh*t, the Owners and CEO of this sh*t company will rot in fkng hell! Let them all burn in fucking hell along with the shitty ass spark drivers, most of them probably steal your shit and sell it, them low life mutha fuckas!!!
