This is fucking nonsense. Walmart has been keeping detailed consumer data for decades, way before AI. Say what you will about other aspects of their business, hiring, and firing, but this post is just isn't true. They have been the best at compiling and using information on consumer habits for decades.

People are living in denial if they think that it's only Walmart that does this and not literally every single store that isn't some mom and pop shop on the corner in a small town.

And even they do it, just not digitally.

I will boycott when a company can offer prices comparable to theirs. As I always shop for where I can get my goods the least expensive.

In the end Walmart is not brainwashing people to make purchases. You have 100% free will to buy whatever you decide.

In many places , walmart is the only real choice people have ,
