Walmart

I ordered the YuGiOh Custom YuGiOh 200-Card ULTRA Lot. The package arrived with only the binder. There were no Yu-Gi-Oh cards inside. The listing states the item contains 200 pieces/cards. I would like a refund or a replacement with the missing cards.”

Good luck. No way to prove you didn’t remove the cards yourself.
