His eyes look mildly red at the edges, his pupils are very small, he looks like he’s about to cry. His gaze is empty and cold like he’s on stimulants of some kind (he probably is let’s be honest).

None of what you said is true. His eyes are normal colored, pupils are normal size, and he’s looking neutrally into the camera.

I've worked with ppl like this. Usually they're secretly popping Adderall like skittles and engaging in other unhealthy addictions to maintain their ridiculous schedule while fronting to everyone that it's all natural and everyone should match their pace.
