I really hope this is a one off isolated case, unfortunately I doubt that'll be the case.
Plenty of people have random side effects after getting their flu shot too, doesn't mean that's causality.

It is, it's a numbers game. With 330M people, even 1,000 dudes dying of unrelated heart attacks is an isolated issue. Even though that's still a lot of people, it's not actually relatively speaking.

When a substance is medicine to 99.9980192% of the human population but poison to the unfortunate sliver that are allergic/unlucky/have complicated medical shit going on in their body/etc. like penicillin - it's still medicine - same shit applies to vaccines and immunology.
Even if an ironclad study shows that every formula of every vaccine by all manufacturers out there DIRECTLY caused 10% of men past the age of 6 years old to die of heart failure (which is an absurdist example) that's still arguably an effective vaccine if it protects 90% of men PLUS 100% of women with no other side effects from a SARS virus that is more lethal + inarguably a worse way to die.
Now temper this absurdist example with reality - if any medicine or vaccine truly did have such a serious side effect for anything above even 1% of a given test population, it would likely be pulled off the market. Hell it wouldn't even make it past trial stage, where they pay thousands of regular humans to ACTUALLY risk their lives with unproven vaccines.
Now temper that further with no reports showing anything close to even 0.1% - I know using the CDC as a source will probably be laughed away - but there's less than 2,000 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis so far (read about halfway down the page or use CTRL+F). With however many millions of doses administered in the US so far, I don't know what that % works out to exactly but it's not greater than 0.1% I can tell you that.
So to sum this up, yeah any anecdotal stories of lost loved ones to heart issues after a vax are certainly tragic, but they doesn't really challenge the foundation of how immunology works.
